Poster Guidelines

Your presentation should contain succinct headings that organize and logically display the information. Graphics should be explicit and brief. Elaboration is best done verbally, just as if it were an oral presentation using slides. The poster display should focus on:

  • Hypothesis or Objective
  • Methods
  • Results or Outcomes

Please carefully read the ARO Virtual Poster Presentation Guidelines.

As a poster presenter, you will be required to:

1) Include your email and/or your personal Zoom meeting room ID. We will encourage conference attendees to view the posters during the Poster Session and visit you with comments, questions, and feedback regarding your poster via your preferred method of contact.
2) If you choose to use a personal Zoom meeting room, please be sure to open the room at the start of the poster session and be available to discussion with attendees who join you.
