Required Documents

In order for your membership to be approved, a curriculum vitae which includes bibliography and evidence of research interest and competence must be included with the membership application. If you are applying as a Student/Post Doc & Resident you must also include proof of training as well. Acceptable formats are .doc, .docx, .pdf. Browse to select the document from your computer's hard drive. Do not modify the path.


SPONSORS: This application must list one sponsor who is an Active Member of the Association in good standing in order to be approved for membership. The sponsor listed below agrees to support the applicant's membership and to serve as the applicant's reference if requested to do so. If members of the Association are not available in your home country, please contact the ARO Executive Office at (615) 432-0100 or email for more information on how to submit an application.
